The hotel is in a convenient location near restaurants and pubs, very close to Paddington station and Hyde Park. The rooms, although small and on the ground floor, were functional and clean. The service was attentive and helpful, however, there was a moment of entering the room unannounced. The dining options were good value, but could offer more variety. I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The family room we booked had a surprise Terrace area that the children adored, and so did the adults. The service was top-notch, with the staff being really nice and friendly, even surprising us with beers and a bottle of wine on our first night. The location was fabulous, just a short walk to Hyde Park and well-connected to central London via the underground. The dining options were of good quality, although a bit limited. Overall, a great value for money stay with amazing features and a few minor downsides.
