Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is in a convenient location near restaurants and pubs, very close to Paddington station and Hyde Park. The rooms, although small and on the ground floor, were functional and clean. The service was attentive and helpful, however, there was a moment of entering the room unannounced. The dining options were good value, but could offer more variety. Overall, a decent choice for the price.
The hotel's location is superb, offering easy access to Paddington and various transportation options. The rooms were fine, although a bit hot compared to the rest of the building, and somewhat narrow for a triple. The service was helpful overall, especially accommodating guests with mobility issues. The dining experience was solid but could use more variety. The location is indeed convenient for exploring the city and nearby attractions.
The hotel is in a convenient location for connections with Heathrow airport and central London through Paddington. The rooms are decent but lack space, and being in the basement affects phone signal quality. The staff is very accommodating, even when short-staffed, and surprised me with European electrical sockets. The dining experience is average, nothing outstanding. The hotel charges extra for facilities that could be considered basic.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The family room we booked had a surprise Terrace area that the children adored, and so did the adults. The service was top-notch, with the staff being really nice and friendly, even surprising us with beers and a bottle of wine on our first night. The location was fabulous, just a short walk to Hyde Park and well-connected to central London via the underground. The dining options were of good quality, although a bit limited. Overall, a great value for money stay with amazing features and a few minor downsides.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The family room with the surprise Terrace was fantastic for both kids and adults. The double room was clean, bright, and modern, though not the most comfortable after a couple of days.
